New Opportunity for Baltimore City Homebuyers!

Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 (NSPS) was established to stabilize neighborhoods by reinvesting in properties that have been foreclosed upon or abandoned. Through its Direct Purchase Program, Healthy Neighborhoods, Inc. has $25,000 forgivable loans available for homebuyers to help defray the cost of the purchase of a foreclosed or abandoned home in certain neighborhoods. Greater Homewood neighborhoods include Ednor Gardens-Lakeside, Better Waverly, and Barclay.
