At GHCC, we love living and working in north central Baltimore! Our Neighborhood and Economic Development program offers many initiatives to strengthen each of the 40 neighborhoods that make up Greater Homewood.
Thinking about moving to Greater Homewood? We can help! GHCC administers the Healthy Neighborhoods program in Charles Village, Ednor Gardens-Lakeside, Remington, and Waverly Village. Healthy Neighborhoods promotes these neighborhoods by making low-interest home purchase and rehab loans available to homebuyers as well as funds for block projects and capital improvements.
