Tree Resources for Your Neighborhood

Greater Homewood Community Corporation is helping 40 Greater Homewood neighborhoods plant 40 trees. Each neighborhood possesses unique tree environments, and in order to meet the needs of all our neighborhoods GHCC is helping with street trees, private trees, and business/institutional trees.

Street Trees

GHCC will support each neighborhood throughout the street tree request process.  We can connect residents with resources for street surveying, volunteer recruitment, and partnering with City of Baltimore to make their planting project a success. Click for Street Tree Request Form!

Private Trees

GHCC has the capacity to help neighborhoods plan tree order forms, tree sales, distribution of tree resources to communities (e.g. tree coupons and tree literature), and volunteer recruitment for any tree plantings within the community.

Business/Institutional Trees

Several Greater Homewood neighborhoods have commercial property that would provide ideal space for new trees.  If you would like to approach a business/institution in your neighborhood, GHCC is happy to help!
